Welcome to CBC Endurance Training. We’re glad you stopped by to check out our exciting and unique approach to Triathlon Training.

We use our twenty five years of endurance sport and triathlon experience to provide you with a valuable, focused and individualized training plan to help you reach your goals. Take the worry and guesswork out of your training with daily emails from our custom online Training Peaks program.

Whether you’ve tackled the local 5k, sprint triathlon, long distance swim or the Ironman, we’ve got the right training plan to get you off the couch and to the finish line. We design one-on-one, highly specific plans to fit your busy lifestyle and take great care to avoid the “cookie cutter”, one size fits all training approach that can lead to injury and burnout. We use a combination of alternative and creative workouts that allow you to build fitness while avoiding the injuries and overtraining often associated with triathlon training. We assist you by providing coach supervised bike rides on most weekends and in the summer. 

Under supervision of USAT Certified Triathlon and ASCA Certified Swim coaches, turn your dreams to reality, training safely and confidently while having some fun along the way.
