Private Coaching Sessions

Rob and Stephanie are both available for one on one coaching. Bike skills and strategy, run gait analysis and swim stroke improvement are available in fifty minute sessions.

Single Sport Training

  • Individualized monthly schedules
  • Periodized training in one sport, specific to your races/goals
  • Weekly phone/or email access to coach
  • Three Month commitment required

Multi Sport Training Levels

Bronze Level - (Internet Only)
  • Initial meeting one on one with Coach. (When possible)
  • Review past results and training.
  • Decide on individual training plans and schedules
  • Daily schedule via Training Peaks
  • Unlimited contact from athlete to coach via email
  • Workout feedback from coach to athlete via email
  • Race taper and recovery plans provided
  • 3 month minimum
  • Training Peaks Basic Account
Silver Level
  • Includes Bronze training level
  • One phone call per week from athlete to coach with unlimited email access
  • Two schedule changes per month for family, travel or work conflicts
  • Form evaluation in each discipline, by Coach, scheduled at initial start up.
  • Field testing provided to chart fitness improvements
  • Bike rides with Coach available most weekends
  • Bike Trainer/core work available winter months
  • Transition Clinics (Weather permitting)
  • 6 month minimum
Gold Level
  • Includes Sliver training level
  • Unlimited phone/email contact with coach weekly.
  • Unlimited changes to schedule per month for family, travel or work conflicts
  • One hour private coaching session monthly
  • "A" race week walk through provided
